The story of Amigos Connect is deeply intertwined with the journey of its founder, Carmen Leris, a proud Hispanic woman who transformed her experience, vision, and spirit of service into a platform that now empowers hundreds of professionals across the United States.
With more than 17 years of leadership at the helm of Carmen Leris Tax & Insure, Carmen has guided thousands of families and entrepreneurs toward stability and financial independence.
Her leadership, grounded in commitment, empathy, and integrity, revealed a shared need: to create a space where Hispanics could not only find opportunities but also strengthen one another.
